2023 NBA All-Star Picks for the Western Conference

The Western Conference’s picks for the 2023 NBA All-Star Game are not going to be easy. After all, the top players in the West have missed significant playing time this season due to injury. This means the competition for spots in the starters and reserves is even more difficult.

In the frontcourt, there are a handful of players who have been above the rest in 2018. Giannis Antetokounmpo, Anthony Davis, and Zion Williamson are just a few of them.

Jayson Tatum is expected to get a starting spot in the All-Star game as well. He averages 31 points and 8.4 rebounds per game. As long as he keeps up his current performance, he’ll be the best player in the league by the end of the season.

Nikola Jokic is averaging career highs in both scoring and rebounding this season. His team is averaging 125.4 offensive rating when he’s on the court. Additionally, Jokic is shooting 67.4% on two-pointers and 81% from the line. He’s also averaging career-highs in assists and steals.

LeBron James is also getting plenty of MVP buzz this season. With Anthony Davis out, James is carrying a wide variety of lineups. But his team has lost two of its last three games, and has been out of the playoff picture for the longest stretch in all of American sports. Unless he’s injured, he’s likely to get the nod as team captain in the 2023 All-Star Game.

The Eastern Conference’s picks are much harder to predict. While the top players in the conference are expected to be picked, there are still a lot of positions that are left open. However, there are several players that are sure to be selected.

While the picks for the Western Conference will be announced on Thursday, the Eastern Conference’s All-Star team will be announced on Jan. 26. A list of captains will be shown on TNT. There will be three frontcourt players and two backcourt players selected as starters.

The top four guards in the NBA are Stephen Curry, Steph Curry, Luka Doncic, and Kyrie Irving. These players are leading their respective conferences in scoring and shooting, as well as being the engine for their teams. They’re also averaging at least 6.5 assists and 6.6 rebounds per game. And these numbers are only possible because of the help from their teammates.

Meanwhile, there are several players in the Western Conference who have been outstanding all season. Zion Williamson has been the best player in the Western Conference all year, and is a force to be reckoned with. Besides being a dangerous and dynamic player, he also has some weaknesses.

Finally, we have the Cleveland Cavaliers’ Donovan Mitchell. Although he’s only played 26 games this season, he has posted career-highs in scoring and shooting splits. Moreover, he has hit more than 71 points in a single game.

Overall, it’s clear that the Eastern Conference’s All-Star picks aren’t too far from the Western Conference’s picks. That’s because there are a few players who have been better than the rest of the field in 2019.
