The NFL Pro Bowl rosters 2023 were announced Monday. They include the players who will compete in a skills competition and flag football event on Feb. 2 and 5 in Las Vegas.
The list includes some of the best in the game including Nick Bosa, S Talanoa Hufanga and TE George Kittle. Other standouts include FB Kyle Juszczyk, LB Fred Warner and T Trent Williams.
Quarterbacks
The NFL Pro Bowl rosters 2023 feature a wide range of players. There are first-timers like Miami receiver Tyreek Hill and Seattle quarterback Geno Smith as well as veterans such as Detroit Lions quarterback Jared Goff and Philadelphia Eagles signal-caller Jalen Hurts.
The Dolphins’ Tyreek Hill received the most fan votes to make the team, while Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes and Vikings receiver Justin Jefferson also made the field. Cleveland guards Joel Bitonio and Nick Chubb and Cincinnati edge rusher Myles Garrett were also selected to the game for the third straight year.
Another Cleveland player making his Pro Bowl debut is tight end Travis Kelce. He’s averaging a league-high 7.4 catches per game and leads the NFL with a 96.3% kickoff return rate.
Kansas City’s seven selections are their highest total since 2013, when they had 10 players in the game. Mahomes, who has a chance to become the league’s first 5,000-yard passer this season, and Kelce are both strong candidates for the NFL MVP.
In addition to the selections, the NFL announced that players will be able to decline participation in the Pro Bowl due to injury. Bengals quarterback Joe Burrow and Eagles quarterback Jalen Hurts will both not participate in the 2023 edition.
Tight ends
Tight ends make up one of the biggest groups of Pro Bowlers. They are selected based on votes from coaches, players and fans.
The Philadelphia Eagles led the league with eight selections, followed by the Dallas Cowboys (seven), Kansas City Chiefs (six) and Baltimore Ravens (six). Several other teams had multiple players chosen as All-Stars including the Cleveland Browns, Buffalo Bills and San Francisco 49ers.
Cleveland’s Joel Bitonio, Nick Chubb and Myles Garrett all made the roster for the third straight season. The Browns’ rushing attack, led by Bitonio and Chubb, is one of the best in the NFL.
Another player making the roster for a third straight year is Buffalo tight end Stefon Diggs. The veteran has made the Pro Bowl each of his six years in Buffalo, and he was the only tight end not named Travis Kelce to be selected this year.
The Pro Bowl is an exhibition game that is played a week before the Super Bowl. This year, the game will feature a series of skill competitions and a flag football tournament.
Wide Receivers

Running Backs
